A NEW TWO-WEEK INTENSIVE FOR MUSICAL THEATRE SUPERFANS!

DATES: August 12th - 16th and August 19th - 23rd

This NEW intensive is designed for the Musical Theatre superfans. Students will be led through a two-week rehearsal process, giving them the taste of what it’s like to work on a professional production. They will experience a mini audition, be cast in a role, and will be responsible for learning their part over the TWO WEEK rehearsal process, ending in a presentation of their musical in our very own theatre!
It is recommended that students attending this camp have previous musical theatre training/experience.
This is a great introduction to our year-long Young Company class.
Sample Schedule (10am - 4pm)
Day 1: Script and song readthrough, character discussion, audition material preparation, & learn about the rehearsal process.
Day 2: Audition and Casting
Day 3-7: Rehearsal (Music rehearsal, choreo, scenes and staging.)
Day 8: Begin Technical Rehearsal
Day 9: Dress Rehearsal
Day 10: Showtime!
