PAYMENT POLICIES

REGISTRATION FEES

UPDATE, AUGUST 22, 2023 September enrollments will now be processed upon registration. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Registrations require a 10% deposit to hold a space as class sizes are limited. This deposit will be charged upon registration. New families will be charged a one time $25.00 registration fee.

All fees for Virtual or 8-Week Sessions will be processed the week before classes begin.

WITHDRAWALS

All withdrawals must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds available for withdrawals before December 1, 2023. A $25 administration fee will be deducted, as well as fees for classes already passed.

REFUNDS

Any student who withdraws from a year-long program prior to December 1, 2023 will receive a pro-rated refund for classes remaining. No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2023.

Any student who withdraws from an 8-Week Session before the 3rd class will receive a pro-rated refund for the classes remaining.

All deposit fees are non-refundable.

Costume and Production Fees are non-refundable.

COSTUME & PRODUCTION FEES

Production/Costume fee for classes with year-end Showcases for Term 2 (Dance, Triple Threat, Acting & Performance) will be charged January 2024.

Tiny Tots/Kinder/Pre-Dance $80

Primary/Junior $100

Dance & Broadway Babies $120

Triple Threat & Acting & Performance $140

Young Company $175

FAMILY & MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT

Multi-Dance Discount - Any student taking 3 or more dance classes will receive 10% off 3rd & subsequent classes. Discount will be applied to the lowest tuition class.

Family Discount - Each additional child/adult registration will receive 5% off their entire tuition. Discount will be applied to the student with the lowest tuition.

Unlimited Refer a Friend Credit - Refer a friend to us and receive $25 credit applied to your Jackrabbit account.
