Welcome to Randolph Kids' Pre-Professional Acting Company Program, where young performers with a passion for acting take their talents to the next level! Our program offers a comprehensive and intensive training and rehearsal experience for aspiring artists who are looking to apply their acting at a pre-professional level. The pinnacle of our Pre-Professional Program is an exhilarating end-of-year production, where students showcase their talents in a full-scale production. This production is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and artistry of our young performers.
Acceptance into this program is by audition only.

Acting & Performance
This 90-minute class is designed to inspire and build confidence through the world of acting and performance. Students will study a variety of techniques to develop their acting and performance skills. Whether you dream of being on a Mirvish stage, auditioning for your school play, or simply want to enhance your communication skills, confidence, and creativity, this class is the place for you! *All students are welcome to register - we do not hold entrance auditions for this program.
Acting & Performance (Ages 9 to 11)
Wednesdays, 5:00pm-6:30pm
Acting & Performance (Ages 12+)
Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8:00pm
Term 1: September to December
Students will work to hone their acting skills and techniques.
Term 2: January to May
Students will learn, explore, and rehearse a stage play to be performed for a live audience in our theatre with costumes, lights, and set.
On Camera Acting
Step into the spotlight! This fun and supportive class introduces young performers to the exciting world of on-camera acting. Kids will learn how to take direction, express emotions naturally, and build confidence in front of the camera through monolouges, scenes, and commercial scripts. Perfect for aspiring actors or anyone who loves to perform! Whether you dream of being on a TV Show, starring in the next blockbuster, or simply want to enhance your communication skills, confidence, and creativity, this class is the place for you! Students will walk away with a monolouge and/or scene to use for demo footage.
On Camera Acting (Ages 8 to 11)

Improvisation
Improv is a form of theatre, often comedy, where most or all of what is performed is unplanned or unscripted, created spontaneously by the performers! Students will dive head first into this fast paced class, where they will learn the basics of improv, play games, build confidence, and have a gauranteed laugh with their classmates!
*All students are welcome to register - we do not hold entrance auditions for this program.

Sketch Comedy & Stand-Up
Our students will learn the basics of stand-up and sketch comedy. We will teach the difference between stand-up and sketch and how they compliment each other. We will teach them how to write jokes using their creativity and unique voice and write collaboratively as a sketch team. We will harness the inner performer and writer in the students to produce the best material they've got. Through supportive feedback and constructive criticism our students will come out funnier and more confident in their own voice.
