VIRTUAL ARTS PROGRAMMING

BRING RANDOLPH KIDS INTO YOUR CLASSROOM FROM ANYWHERE!

Children need the arts as a tool to express themselves both mentally and physically, and it is our mission to provide better access to the arts. Every new academic year is filled with new challenges. Let us support you by providing a baseline of virtual content accessible in classrooms, home pods, or in your child care facility.

Randolph Kids strives to have each workshop or class we teach be engaging, interactive, and full of opportunities for performance and creativity. We hire real artists who are educators and experts in their genre. All educators have an up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screening, are experienced, and well-loved.

FAQs

Are your workshops all virtual?

Yes! All of our workshops are held over Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or ZOOM. We are able to offer high-quality interactive performing arts-based workshops via Livestream with engaging instructors.

How long is each workshop?

Most workshops can be 45-60min in order to fit into your class time blocks. Those that require more time are labelled only as 60min.

What age groups do you serve?

Each of our workshops have a suggested class level in their description. Generally, we work with classes from SK to Grade 8. If you see something you like that is not for your grade level, let us know, and we will look into adapting to serve you.

What kind of space do I need?

Each workshop is different, but ideally for Music, Movement, and Drama, you’ll want a gym, or large open space. Alternativly, a classroom with desks safely pushed out of the way.

How many students can participate?

Our workshops are best suited for class sizes of 25-30 students. Some workshops can be adapted for an entire grade, or school population.

Can I link your workshops with our curriculum?

YES! All of our programs are built to highlight, connect, and elevate curriculum from any subject, or big themes your scholars are exploring. After consulting with our team, we can provide you with a PDF outlining how our programs link to the Ontario Arts Curriculum.

How much do your programs cost?

Program pricing is based on the length of the workshop + the number of sessions (ie. Stand-alone or a series of 4 or 6). Get in touch through our booking forms for IN SCHOOL or CHILD CARE workshops for an accurate quote.

Who are your instructors?

All of our instructors are guest artists with extensive credits, who are currently working in the entertainment industry and as teachers. Our teachers all have up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screenings, are experienced, prepared, and engaging.
