Welcome to Randolph Kids' Pre-Professional Company Program, where young performers with a passion for musical theatre take their talents to the next level! Designed for two distinct age groups, our program offers a comprehensive and intensive training and rehearsal experience for aspiring artists who are looking to apply their musical theatre skills at a pre-professional level by rehearsing and performing a book musical.
Acceptance into this program is by audition only.

Program Highlights:
Audition-Based Entry: Admission to our Company Program is by audition only, ensuring that we work with dedicated and talented young performers who are committed to honing their craft. Prospective students will audition with a song and a monologue, showcasing their skills and potential for growth.
Comprehensive Training: Students in our Pre-Professional Program receive comprehensive training in jazz and theatre dance, acting, and singing. We pride ourselves in developping well-rounded performers who excel in all aspects of musical theatre.
Mock Audition Preparation: Aspiring performers must be prepared for the professional audition process, and our program includes mock auditions to train students in solo singing, monologues, and audition techniques. They'll receive personalized feedback and guidance to help them refine their skills and present their best selves in auditions.
Performance Focus: Unlike our Triple Threat program, the Pre-Professional Program is performance-focused, preparing students for the demands of professional level theatre productions. Through rehearsals, production, and performance opportunities, students will gain invaluable experience and confidence on and off the stage.
Commitment and Dedication: Participation in our Pre-Professional Program requires a higher level of commitment and dedication, as students prepare for a full-scale production of a book musical. From intensive rehearsals to character development, they'll immerse themselves fully in the theatrical process, learning what it takes to succeed as a well-rounded performer.
Professional Guidance: Our experienced faculty provide professional guidance and mentorship to help students navigate the challenges and opportunities of musical theatre. From audition techniques to industry insights, they'll receive invaluable support as they pursue their dreams.
End-of-Year Production: The pinnacle of our Pre-Professional Program is an exhilarating end-of-year production, where students showcase their talents in a full-scale musical production. From dazzling dance numbers to show-stopping musical performances, this production is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and artistry of our young performers.
